Radiant Body Scents does not require a minimum purchase.

We accept the following payment types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and U.S. Postal Money Order (allow up to 5 days for processing payments made by money order).

Any form of payment must clear before item(s) is shipped. Should you place a credit card order and it is declined, please follow up with your Bank for any technical issues or fraudulent activity.

Please allow 1-3 business days to ship. We use the following services for shipment: FedEx and USPS (United States Postal Service); no other services are offered at this time. When placing an order, we ask that you take in account the transit time from our location to yours. Orders are processed in the order received. Should you experience a delay in receipt of the package, please follow-up with the Carrier.

Minimum shipping rates are charged at the time your order is placed & will reflect in the invoice. To maximize shipping costs, consolidating orders is highly recommended. If the shipping rate of your order is underestimated, you hereby authorize Radiant Body Scents to charge your credit card for the difference due without first contacting you, to ensure your order is not delayed.

Please note that USPS Priority transit time is typically 2-5 business days and they do not guarantee a specific delivery time. Priority Service offered by this Carrier is NOT an expedited option at this time. If the package is delayed, a 15-day waiting period is required to file a claim.. An investigation will either locate the original package or they will issue a refund for the cost of the merchandise (insurance is automatically included up to $50 for USPS Priority packages). We are unable to ship a replacement package until the investigation is complete, but you are welcome to reorder. Please allow ample time for USPS to complete their investigation.

We respect your right to privacy & agree to never share or sell any of your personal information. The information we collect is for billing, shipping and Radiant Body Scents news and/or events.

Avoid changing or adding to an order already in progress. We recommend you submit a new order to avoid costly fees. Should you change or add to an order already in progress, it will result in higher fees due to but not limited: Shipment cancellation, Repackaging, Printing, and any other charges that may apply.

Shipping insurance is included as follows from the following carriers:

To request additional insurance, please note that in the Instructions/Comments section when going through the Checkout process. Radiant Body Scents cannot replace or reimburse for lost or damaged packages that do not have insurance. In the event your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim. While the claim is under investigation, we cannot ship any replacement items until the investigation is complete.

If you would like to require a signature when your package is delivered, there is a fee for this service as per the carrier. Please include a note in the Comments section during Checkout and the fee for this service will be added to the invoice.

Please be advised that if you (the consumer) provide an incorrect shipping address, or request a reroute of your package to another address, you will be assessed a service fee (by the carrier), and a $20 charge from Radiant Body Scents. Whether you make an error when the order is placed or if a request for an address change is made after the order ships, the customer will be responsible to pay this $20 fee. We can only ship to the address provided, so please double check it for accuracy before placing your order.

If you choose Fedex shipping and provide us with just a PO Box:
PLEASE NOTE: In the event your order ships to the PO Box instead of to a physical address, you will be responsible for any fees associated with re-routing or returning the package.

If your package is returned for any reason, you forfeit the original shipping charge as that will not be refunded by the carrier. If you refuse the package, the carrier will charge a return shipping fee & that will be deducted from the value of the return. If you choose to have the package re-shipped, an additional shipping charge will apply. If you choose to have a refund, we will issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the initial time involved in preparing and shipping the order, credit card fees and the time to accept the return.

Radiant Body Scents has a “no return” policy. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges, due to the nature of the products we sell. Please inquire about our samples before purchasing large quantities.

Radiant Body Scents reccommend testing its products for people with sensitive skin types. We have sample products for order and recommend that you test a small area of the body, prior to making a large purchase. Any skin irritation, please consult with a physician immediately. As instructed, Radiant Body Scents cannot be responsible for incompatibility or misuse of any of our products.

All content, including text, graphics, images and information, contained on or available through this web site is for general information purposes only.

IF YOU ARE A TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMER: Please allow us time to change your account so that sales tax will not be charged on future orders. (Once your order is placed online, we cannot remove sales tax).

Radiant Body Scents does not ship International at this time and will revisit this option in the near future.
